Equal Pay Day
On average, women in Indiana make .75 cents to every one dollar that men make and based on the current rate of progress, it is projected that Indiana will not close the wage gap until 2086. In 2017, YWCA Northeast Indiana will be hosting a three part series to address the issue of income inequality.
