Registration is on an on-going basis during the school year for our after school program, please fill out the registration form and submit if you are interested. The program ends at the end of the school year. Click here for the Registration form. Please return this form completely filled to 50 N. Hill Ave Suite 301 Pasadena, CA 91006. Please make sure that all changes you've made to the pdf are saved an that it is complete before you email the form.
