The WINGS at Warren
YWCA Mahoning Valley offers Permanent Supportive Housing for 12 women and their children who qualify for assistance by being domestic violence survivors or having a disability that impedes their ability to live independently. Our families receive specialized care that helps them avoid homelessness and live stable, healthy lives. Supportive services include assistance with education and employment, life skills, mental health care and drug/alcohol treatment, coaching for mothers, and educational and emotional enrichment programs for children. For a housing application, please contact YWCA MV in Warren at (330) 373-1010.
Construction of the apartments was made possible by support from Warren-Trumbull HOME Consortium, Corporation for Supportive Housing, Ohio Housing Finance Agency, Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati, Rotary Club of Warren, and Huntington Bank.
The residents of the WINGS at YWCA are supported by the generosity of our community. You can support these women and their families by hosting a "Get to Know Us" event at your group's next meeting or at your church, by providing financial support, or by donating household items. To arrange for a donation, please call YWCA MV in Warren at (330) 373-1010.
