Kirk Wiedemer is a sole practioner in Philadelphia. His practice concentrates on international business and immigration law related to China. Prior to working in international law, Kirk worked as a trial lawyer for a plaintiff asbestos law firm and as a state and local prosecutor in Pennsylvania. Kirk earned his JD degree from Suffolk University School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts, an LPN Nursing Certificate from the University of Maryland, and a BA degree from St. John Fisher College in Rochester, New York.

John Barnerd is a partner at Simmons Browder Gianaris Angelides & Barnerd LLC. Since 2002, John has dedicated his practice to representing victims of mesothelioma. He has a thorough understanding of the personal, legal and financial challenges faced by families facing a mesothelioma diagnosis, and is committed to supporting the search for a cure. Prior to joining the firm, John served for two years as Assistant State’s Attorney for Madison County, Illinois. Bruce C. Hill graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law. He was Deputy District public defender for Baltimore County Maryland. In 1989, he joined the Law Offices of Peter G. Angelos. Since that time, he has tried asbestos cases in the federal courts and in the state courts in Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania and Tennessee.

Bob Komitor is a partner at Levy, Phillips & Konigsberg, LLP. He serves as lead trial lawyer specializing in products liability, negligence, and personal injury cases involving mesothelioma, hazardous wastes, and pollution. His trial work in mesothelioma spans his entire legal career. Bob earned a Master’s Degree in Environmental Sciences from Stony Brook University.
