Be a part of something big
About the Melrose Society
The Melrose Society is a diverse group of young professionals and emerging leaders in the Dallas community founded to support Big Brothers Big Sisters through promoting mentoring, volunteerism and community awareness. It was created by the Dallas Regional Junior Board to engage young professionals in Big Brothers Big Sisters’ mission of providing children facing adversity with strong and enduring, professionally supported one-to-one relationships that change their lives for the better forever. All proceeds from membership in the Melrose Society directly support Big Brothers Big Sisters.
The Melrose Society was named after the historic Warwick Melrose Hotel in Dallas where Big Brothers Big Sisters meetings were held in the early part of the 20th Century.
Members of the Melrose Society are invited to attend social, volunteer, and fundraising activities in Dallas throughout the year. As a member, you will have an opportunity to network and form relationships with other young professionals along with business and community supporters of Big Brothers Big Sisters.
