Founded in 1995 by brothers Russell, Danny and Joseph "Rev. Run" Simmons, Rush Philanthropic Arts Foundation, a 501C3 organization, is dedicated to providing disadvantaged urban youth with significant exposure and access to arts education programs as well as to providing exhibition opportunities to early and mid-career artists and artists of color.

With studios in Sag Harbor, East Hampton, and three in NYC, Flywheel Sports delivers an intense, inspiring and empowering cardio experience with its fleet of top-tier instructors, stadium seating and state-of-the-art performance tracking technology.

What Sets Flywheel Apart?

1. The Stadium Seating - All Flywheel studios feature amphitheater-style seating (curved and tiered), so that every rider is ensured an unimpeded view of the instructor.
2. The Technology - We have adapted Schwinn's highest quality indoor cycling bikes with a proprietary technology package. Each bike digitally displays and monitors your real-time performance data across various metrics: RPM/cadence, Torq (resistance) and energy (current and total). After each ride, your individual performance data is stored into your Flywheel account and made available to you on your "My Performance" page, enabling individual goal setting and performance tracking.
3. The TorqBoard - Each bike communicates with the central electronic system in the studio, giving our riders the option of being displayed on the TorqBoard, large flat-screens at the front of the studio that display class leaders and performance data.
4. The Music - Flywheel's master music library is curated by our in-house, internationally renowned DJ.
5. The Service - Every Flywheel ride comes with complimentary water, towels and cycling shoes, and our amazing staff is trained to deliver the best customer experience in the industry - from booking rides to seamless check-in to fielding any questions you may have, our staff is ready and willing to make the Flywheel experience as hospitable and convenient as possible for our riders.
