Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 30 (thirty) days or more before the initial course date AND upon receipt of a verbal (via phone call) or written (via email) request, paid-in-full registrations may be refunded (less a $45 processing fee) or transferred (no fee) to another course or future same course offering. If the course transferred into is of lesser value, the difference will be refunded less a $45 processing fee.

Cancellations made 10 (ten) days or more before the initial course date AND upon receipt of a verbal (via phone call) or written (via email) request, paid-in-full registrations may be refunded 50% or transferred (no fee) to another course or future same course offering. If the course transferred into is of lesser value, the difference will be refunded less a $45 processing fee.

No refund will be made for partial attendance/participation.

Last minute cancellations/unforeseen circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and will not be refunded, but monies received will be available as a credit towards a future course offering unless otherwise approved by Beyster Institute staff.
