"Girl Scouts has helped my daughter understand the importance of becoming an active and supportive member of society along with the ability to be in a leadership role in society. It has helped her social skills as well as education. This has to be the greatest experience of her life."
- Girl Scout Parent

"My daughter has special needs - GS gives her an opportunity to be with typically developing peers in a non-academic setting. She gets to learn life skills while making new friends who are accepting of her needs."
- Girl Scout Parent

"The best thing about being in Girl Scouts is all the life lessons it has taught me. Some include being honest, fair, nice to the people around me, non-judgmental, and open-minded. An added bonus was being able to get certified in SCUBA last year at summer camp"
- Girl Scout Ambassador

 Second Century Circle

Girl Scouting works. Becoming a member of the Second Century Circle aligns you with an elite group of business and community leaders throughout Atlanta who believe that an investment in girls – and Girl Scouts in particular – is an investment in the pipeline for high-achieving, high-performing women who are used to exercising leadership.

Annual membership in the Second Century Circle spans one calendar year from the date of your initial pledge.* As a member, you will have opportunities to experience the impact of your investment first-hand and mingle with your peers at exclusive Second Century Events throughout the year, such as the Second Century Breakfast on March 4, 2014 from 7:30am to 9am at the Piedmont Driving Club.

On behalf of the Board, staff, and more than 46,000 girl members of Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta, we thank you for making girls a philanthropic priority through your generous gift and commitment to Girl Scouting. Our network of young leaders is stronger because of you.
