Connecting the Dots: The Social Architecture That Undergirds Exceptional Governance

If we want exceptional governance, then we need to pay attention to the processes, systems, functions, structures, stories and relationships that encourage and support it.

This yearís symposium does just that. Its 30 workshops, seminars, lectures, keynotes and conversations focus on practical and coherent design, best practices and successful examples of exceptional governance. We have gathered an outstanding group of field experts to teach and learn together how to build and sustain exceptional governance.

We have added an exciting new feature to our 2014 Symposium: specialized, intensive seminar/ group consultation sessions which offer board and staff teams of 4 or more a tailored board development to meet their specific needs. There is an additional fee per person. Space is limited.

Participants may attend one or both days.
