A Day of HOPE - Transitions

This day of educational sessions and peer support is designed for everyone affected by epilepsy – adults with epilepsy, parents of children with epilepsy, teens with epilepsy, caregivers, family members, friends, teachers, school personnel and community volunteers. Sessions will explore some of the “transitions” we encounter – to school, to independent living, to adult medicine, to managed seizures, as well as hot topics – emerging technologies, individual education plans, teen issues, women’s issues and more.
