SB 307 will establish a Silver Alert System for missing endangered adults, patterned after the successful Amber Alert. SB 344 mandates that Medicaid case workers be re-established in counties where they were replaced by a computer eligibility system. SB 301 modifies some provisions of Medicaid eligibility determination. A copy of these bills is available at http://in.gov.
