The National Harbor Community Outreach Grant Fund:  Fostering Change


The more than 200 nonprofit organizations that applied for National Harbor funding in 2008 demonstrated that positive change can be achieved by using a wide range of approaches -- among them, arts and culture, health and human services, community development and more.
