Shake-A-Leg Miami is a non-profit organization with a mission to foster lifelong independence and quality of life for people with disabilities, and underserved youth. We are looking for outstanding individuals to work with us this summer in providing educational and recreational programs for the youth of our community in an amazing setting, Biscayne Bay.

Outdoor Educator: Responsible for developing and teaching educational concepts to a group of 10-15 students with various backgrounds and abilities, as well as ensuring the safety of the group and following Shake-A-Leg water and land protocol

• Required: High School Diploma, Completion of at least one year of higher education, Experience in Sailing, Paddling, or  Swimming Instruction, Experience in working with children, CPR and First Aid Certification

•  Desired: Experience in working with special needs populations.

Enrichment Specialists: Responsible for developing and teaching educational concepts to a group of 10-15 students with various backgrounds and abilities, as well as ensuring the safety of the group and following Shake-A-Leg water and land protocol.

•  Required: High School Diploma, Completion of at least one year of higher education, At least one year of job experience in the Arts or a related field, Experience in working with children, CPR and First Aid Certification

•  Desired: Experience in working with special needs populations
