Viecore FSD is organizing its first annual charity golf tournament benefiting TAPS, to be held on Monday, June 9th, 2008, at the Fort Monmouth (NJ) Sun Eagles Golf Course. This event will raise thousands of dollars in much needed assistance for families of fallen servicemen and women. We expect a terrific turnout and strong support from many area businesses, as well as representation from across the Fort Monmouth community.

Tee time is 1:30 pm and will be followed by dinner and awards. A buffet lunch is also included, starting at 12:00 noon. The format will be a four-person scramble and will feature many interesting opportunities for golfers on this A.W. Tillinghast-designed course. There will be prizes for the winning teams, as well as hole prizes, putting contests, long drive and a prize drawing. The cost to play is $100 per individual or $400 per foursome.

We are also offering several sponsorship packages. By becoming a sponsor, you will be helping a wonderful support network that benefits the surviving families of those who have died in service to our country. TAPS is a private 501(c)3 tax-exempt charitable corporation and contributions to the golf event are fully tax-deductible.
