Bob Kingsley has been a long time supporter of WWP. Bob is the Host and Executive Producer of "Bob Kingsley's Country Top 40", the number one country music countdown in the USA. Bob is an Air Force veteran and sits on the Board of Directors of the Academy of Country Music.

Since his introduction at the 2009 Academy of Country Music Awards by 1st Lt Andrew Kinard Trace Adkins has been a staunch supporter of WWP. Proceeds from the live performance at the ACMs of “Til The Last Shot’s Fired” were generously donated by Mr. Adkins to WWP. Trace will once again honor wounded warriors at the Southern Shindig.

Lance Corporal Sal “Gonzo” Gonzalez was wounded in Iraq in on October 31,2004 resulting in the amputation of his left leg below the knee. After 6 months at Brooke Army Medical Center Sal was retired from the Marine Corps. He eventually made his way to Nashville for the CMA Music Festival and ended up moving there. Sal is continuing to work on his music and will start college in the fall.
