Finance Council Finance Council members keep California dollars in California. Membership benefits include our Annual Finance Council Retreat, special State Convention and Election Night activities, and exclusive briefings and receptions with national and statewide Democratic leaders. We ask our Finance Council members to make a minimum commitment of $5,000 during an "off-year" and $15,000 during an election year. Our Finance Council members care about issues important to California, and because of them, California continues to be the influential Democratic stronghold of the nation. 2009 Finance Council membership is $5,000.
