**VOLUNTEER SIGN UPS ARE NOW CLOSED**

On February 1, 2011 we sent out our first email asking our California Democrats to sign up to volunteer for the 2011 Democratic State Convention in Sacramento.  Since that email, along with aggressive outreach on the local level, we have had over 700 people sign up to volunteer! The energy is great but sign ups are now closed.

Thank you very much to everyone for committing your time and energy to volunteer for the 2011 California Democratic Party State Convention. This year we will be building on our successes and preparing for future Democratic victories. Without the dedication of our volunteers this convention could not be possible.

Important CDP Convention Volunteer Updates

Please note these key dates: 

• 1st WEEK OF APRIL – Preliminary Volunteer schedules sent out (via e-mail).*
• 2nd WEEK OF APRIL – Final Volunteer schedules sent out (via e-mail and standard mail).
• APRIL 28  – Mandatory Volunteer Training 7pm at the Sacramento Convention Center.
• APRIL 29 to MAY 1 – CONVENTION!
