 We work in three primary ways:  

Charitable Giving Funds. You can set up your own charitable giving fund with us to give to the causes you care about most --- around the world, in the metropolitan region and especially in Montgomery County. No matter how big or small, your fund feels like a staffed foundation, but without the time or expense. 

Philanthropic Advisory Services. We provide philanthropic advisory services, acting as counsel to family foundations, high net worth families and businesses on crafting a giving plan that is most satisfying for you. We work in a complementary partnership with your professional wealth advisors. 

Philanthropic Leadership. We play a significant community leadership role in Montgomery County as a bridge between those who want to give, local government and business, and most importantly, local nonprofit organizations. The primary mechanism for this leadership work is our Sharing Montgomery Fund, which makes grants to nonprofit organizations working with the county’s growing population of low-income children and families.

From our many family and corporate funds to our philanthropic advisory service clients and the donors who give directly to our Sharing Montgomery Fund, we are honored that hundreds of county residents, families and businesses are finding great satisfaction in their giving by working with us.
