Grant Application Tool Box

Here you will find a wealth of information about what is needed and how to apply for a Quality Life grant.  The links will take you to the application instructions, a guide to project evaluation, a Word version of the application, project budget information, and more.  We strongly suggest that you familiarize all of these tools, in the order provided, because by understanding the program and process better, you increase your chances for a successful application and help the Quality of Life Grants Program.

  • Word Version of the Application -- An invaluable tool to enable you to read all of the questions on the online application before applying.  We encourage you to save this to your computer and use it to compose a draft of your application that you can save, then cut and paste into the live online application when you are ready.
  • Quality of Life Budget Instructions (PDF) -- Provides detailed information on what is required for the project budget, both within the online application and on the required budget narrative template. Sample budget information is also included to illustrate what is expected in the Budget Request Form. Please read before completing Budget Request Form.
  • Budget Request Form -- Absolute requirement for all applicants. This Word template document must be downloaded, completed, and then uploaded with your online application.

  • Final Report Guide (Word doc) -- The Reeve Foundation Final Report Form is under construction, but prior Reeve Foundation grantees may use this as a guide to prepare a final report on your latest Reeve Foundation Quality of Life grant.
