Train To End Stroke (TTES) is a team marathon training program that provides complete, personal fitness training and education. In return, participants are asked to conduct personal fundraising on behalf of the American Stroke Association. This program is designed for all fitness levels - from beginner to experienced exercisers. You can walk, run, or a combination of both to complete a marathon and we will assist you along the way.
TTES is about reaching personal fitness milestones and about becoming your own champion. It's also about being a champion for men, women, and children who have experienced a stroke.
