
Heart2Heart Hope is the caregiver community of the Heart2Heart national pilot. Hope can offer support to our everyday hero - the caregiver. For many survivors, recovery is an ongoing struggle. Did you know there are about 50 million caregivers nationally? The strain of caring for a loved one can affect families, finances, and if you are not careful your own health, but you are not alone.
You can become a participant and find a trained Heart Guide who has had experience as a caregiver. Sometimes it is good to share your journey, hopes, and dreams with someone who has been there too. Maybe a heart to heart chat with a peer can sustain and encourage you while you are a caregiver.
