Heart2Heart Healing is the patient and family community of the Heart2Heart national pilot.  Patients and families who are living with a disease or have been diagnosed with a condition can now find support and answers.  Sometimes you can be overwhelmed by a diagnosis. A trained Heart Guide can help you translate medical terminology in a language we can all understand.  You can use tools that will help you understand you treatment options.  You can also learn what questions you should ask your doctor so you can be an informed patient.

Join online as a participant and find a Heart Guide to help you navigate the tools and resources available to you.  From Heart Profilers, which can help you with your treatment options, to the Cardiovascular Media Library, which can explain diseases and procedures, you'll be amazed at what the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association has to offer.  You may also find a local Heart Guide volunteering at your local hospital.
