Quarterly »
The quarterly report is required every three months during the period of the grant agreement. You will report on current activities for the most recent quarter, including any technical, schedule and financial issues. We are also interested in finding out if any jobs have been created this period.
Annual »
Only Phase II grantees shall submit an annual report. This is required to gauge continuing progress of the Federal and Matching Funds grant programs. This report shall document acceptable progress towards overall program goals. It should also contain evidence of continued funding from the federal agency for year two of the federal SBIR or STTR. The annual report may also contain a revised technical work plan and budget if required.
Final »
The final report shall be submitted in draft form within the last 30 days of the award period. If changes are required, KSTC will work with the awardee to modify the report as required.
Post Award Company Status »
Post Award Company Status Reports are required annually for five years after final disbursement of funds. This quick one page report will document the companies continued Kentucky residency requirement and will update any new jobs created or company successes in technology commercialization.
