Welcome to the Kentucky SBIR-STTR Matching Funds Program Online Application and Reporting System funded by the Cabinet for Economic Development, CED, Department of Commercialization and Innovation, DCI. Please Download a Copy of the Program Guidelines and Solicitation and read these carefully before you apply on line.
The current solicitation is open from 19 July 2007 to 31 May 2008 or until funds are exhausted.
NEW NOTICE!
1. Phase I SBIR-STTR funding for the current solicitation (Round 2) is still available for those applicants that have received a Phase I federal award letter after January 1, 2007. Applications are being accepted and approved for Phase I Kentucky Matching Funds Grants in the order of receipt.
2. All Phase II SBIR-STTR funding for the current solicitation (Round 2) has been exhausted.
However; KSTC will continue to accept and approve Phase II applications for applicants with federal award letters dated after January 1, 2008.
Funding for Round 3 (July 2008-June 2009) is anticipated to be available for disbursement beginning around July 1, 2008. Contingent upon Round 3 funds being available, applications for these funds will be processed and approved in order of receipt.
The Kentucky SBIR-STTR Matching Funds are for additional work tasks and activities that support and are complementary to your Federal Award.
