WHY VOLUNTEER FOR RACE FOR THE CURE^©?

1 in 8 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in her lifetime. The two largest risk factors are being a woman and aging.

The Race for the Cure© is about raising funds and awareness to end breast cancer. To learn more about this event click here. Our Race is the largest participatory event in Southern Arizona. It takes OVER 600 Volunteers to stage this event. Volunteer opportunities begin in late March and continue through Race day. To see what positions are available, click here. All Race volunteers will receive a special T-shirt in appreciation of their efforts. Being a Race volunteer is FUN and REWARDING.
