"To Your Health"
Health and well being are important to everyone. We all want to enjoy the quality of life that good health brings and ensure a healthy future for our children. In an effort to raise awareness, American Lung Association of Indiana along with AIDServe Indiana, American Cancer Society, American Heart Association, American Red Cross, Arthritis Foundation Indiana Chapter, Hemophilia Indiana, Indiana AIDS Fund and the National Kidney Foundation of Indiana have joined together to develop the To Your Health license plate.
How To Order
You can show your support for the American Lung Association of Indiana, as well as the other eight organizations, by purchasing a To Your Health license plate. To order a To Your Health license plate, stop by your local Bureau of Motor Vehicles and request a To Your Health specialty plate or, when renewing your license plate by mail or online, indicate on the renewal form that you would like to purchase a To Your Health license plate.
Benefits
By purchasing this specialized plate, you will help increase health awareness across Indiana while supporting health organizations which provide much needed services to fellow Hoosiers suffering from life-threatening diseases. Please do your part by supporting these agencies in a way that will benefit us all.
Cost
The To Your Health plate costs $40.00 annually with $25.00 from the sale of each plate supporting programs of the nine not-for-profit health organizations. As the fiscal agent, The Health Foundation of Greater Indianapolis ensures all proceeds are equally divided among the organizations.

How Donations Help
The American Lung Association of Indiana and the people it serves would greatly appreciate any donation amount you can give. Your cash donation aids a variety of programs such as Camp Superkids, a summer camp for children with asthma; Asthma Clinical Research Center, multi-center studies of asthma patients; Better Breathers Clubs for adults with chronic lung disease; Lung Education Centers, providing lung health education through hospitals or respiratory clinics; resources to be smoke free; and many other community and professional programs.
