Thanks to You: A Record-Breaking Success!

Calvary Hospital

Calvary Hospital is proud to announce the successful completion of Where Life Continues: The Campaign for Calvary Hospital. Our Campaign closed on schedule and ahead of goal at $51.8 million ? a record for Calvary and a magnificent tribute to all our patients and their loved ones, past, present and future. The Campaign supported programs that have made Calvary a model for palliative care throughout the world. From our hospital care in the Bronx and Brooklyn, to our home health care and hospice services, to our international training program, to our renowned wound treatment facility, patients in need have received the very best services thanks to the success of The Campaign.

World Class Care at Home - Calvary@Home

Nurse and Client

The Calvary@Home program assembles a core group of permanent staff to serve as providers for each patient. We partner with patients' families to promote quality of life. "Our clinicians and therapists get to know our patients and families, and they can readily detect any changes in the patient's condition. They can also assess the needs of family members in an often stressful situation and prepare for some tough decisions as the end of life approaches," says Nancy D'Agostino, RN, MSN, VP for Community Patient Services.
