Friends of TOMS invites you to participate in a TOMS + Element Shoe Drop in South Africa!
In 2008 TOMS Shoes and Element joined forces to create a better tomorrow. As part of this collaboration, a limited edition collection of co-branded TOMS + Element shoes were created and a One for One skateboard. With every pair of TOMS + Element shoes purchased, a pair of new shoes will be given to a child in need.With every TOMS + Element skateboard purchased, Element will give a skateboard to a child in need. Join us in South Africa to give shoes and skateboards to children at the Indigo Skate Camp and help provide refuge from the dangerous areas in which they live.

Details
The TOMS + Element South Africa Shoe Drop is a 9 day group experience.
Cost of participation is estimated at $3,300 including international airfare. The final cost is determinant on international flights.
What is included in the cost of participation:
Hotel accommodations
Group meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
Group transportation to/from Shoe Drop locations, airport pick up/drop off
Pre-determined regional group activities/excursions
Shoe Drop Tour coordination (ie. guides, planning)
What is not included in the cost of participation:
Passport and/or visa requirements
Vaccinations
Alcoholic beverages
Individual meals, snacks and activities
Individual transportation
Telephone calls (national and international)
Customs and excess luggage charges
Shopping/personal purchases
Any charges incurred in filing claims for lost or stolen passport and/or bag(s)
Accommodations will be moderate to upscale.
Group transportation will be in vans or motor coach.
The group will consist of no more than 20 volunteers.
*All volunteers are required to stay in the hotels and travel with the group.

Only one application per participant is allowed. Please be sure to
indicate in the application if you are planning/applying to travel with
another person (your "other" must apply separately) and state their name.
All individuals 14 years* of age or older have the opportunity to be
considered for the South Africa TOMS + Element Shoe Drop regardless of their race,
color, religion, nationality, sex or any other characteristic
protected by the applicable state and federal laws.*
* Guardian attendance is required.
**Applicants must be physically able to endure unpredictable, uncomfortable, and strenuous conditions.
