Tips for Spending the Holidays Naturally High

Here are some tips on how to be 100% Naturally High this New Years.

1) Choose your friends wisely. Make sure you are hanging out with people who have the same goals as you do.

2) Plan ahead. New Year's Eve is a busy night, so make sure you make reservations wherever you plan to go.

3) Drive carefully. New Year's Eve is a time when more dangerous drivers are on the road and drunk driving is increased. Be careful and aware of cars around you.

Some things you can do:

Plan a party at someone's house, take cooking lessons as a group, go bowling, go out to your favorite restaurant, hit up the batting cages or go carts. Make a day or night at a theme/amusement park near you. Plan a basketball, tennis, or any ping pong tournament, complete with playoffs. Make a game night, where everyone brings their favorite games, and you play them all till wee hours of the night.

Whatever you decide to do this New Year's Eve, do it 100% Naturally High, and know that we are behind you all the way.

Did you know?

  • In some other countries such as France, children put out shoes full of hay for the reindeer instead of stockings and cookies for Santa.

  • Chanukah means "dedication"
  • There is a city in Florida named Fort Christmas.
  • There are 7 nights, each one representing one of the principles of Kwanzaa: unity, working together, cooperative economics, and purpose in life, creativity, and faith.
  • Chanukah is celebrated for 8 days and is called the "festival of lights" Kids play dreidel and eat foil wrapped chocolate coins.

A Natural High that will have your belly jiggling.

This month we take a look at Santa Claus.  One of the most adventurous people we have ever met.  Santa wouldn't tell us how old he is, but he did mention his top two Natural Highs; can you guess what they are?  The first is bringing joy to children and the second? sliding down chimneys.  Mr. Claus told us he consumes more cookies in one night than the rest of us do the whole year long.  Santa told us that he wishes more children were nice each year as he hates to deliver lumps of coal; he says it really makes a mess of his white gloves.  We know Santa Claus will be enjoying his natural highs this winter holiday, and we hope you will as well!
