Experience an adventure, accomplish a once-in-a-lifetime goal, make new friends and help CureSearch for Children's Cancer fund lifesaving research. Together we can conquer children's cancer. Join us for a hike in your area!

Your participation is an investment in the lives of more than 40,000 children, adolescents and young adults who are currently undergoing treatment for pediatric cancer, as well as in the 36 children who are newly diagnosed each day.

About the Trails

The routes selected for Ultimate Hike events vary from region to region based on the topography. Each trail will provide a challenge no matter the level of hike experience. Every route is selected for its access as well. Trail support and hydration points are vital to completing the distance in one day.
