S.W.I.M. for Diabetes is a great way to incorporate your favorite activity, help the community and receive a great prize for your fundraising efforts! NEW FOR 2016...Select your own Time, Date and Location to participate in your own Favorite Activity or Join us to Swim on May 14th or May 15th at Cleveland State University Busbey Natatorium!
Where To Park:
Natatorium - Individuals are encouraged to park in East Garage (EG) with entry from eastbound Chester Avenue at East 25th Street. Pedestrian drop off is recommended from the curb lane on East 24th Street just north of Euclid Avenue or on the curb lane, south side of Chester Avenue at East 24th Street. From either location, pedestrians will then proceed to the entrance of the Physical Education Building which is on the pedestrian mall on East 24th Street.

This fundraising event funds diabetes education, diabetes supplies, and Camp Ho Mita Koda for children and teens with diabetes.
How to Get Involved:
Simply Swim, Walk, Inspire, and Move or simply fundraise online for the cause!
Challenge yourself and your friends to get moving for the 31st Annual S.W.I.M. for Diabetes. Create a pledge for yourself or your group!
Pledge to Swim a certain number of laps!
Pledge to Walk further than you have before!
Pledge to Inspire others to get involved!
Pledge to Move, whether on a stationery bike, in an aerobics or yoga class, dancing or by participating in whatever activity moves you!
Pledge to create a group competition!
Pledge to have your employees participate!
Here is how to get started:
Set a challenge goal by creating your own pledge, or ask your friends, family or colleagues to hold a group activity.
Once you register, you will have the opportunity to create your own personal fundraising page. You can add your own notes and pictures.
Ask for pledges from family, neighbors or businesses to support your efforts. Donors can either pledge a certain amount of money per your goal, or make a flat donation to support your efforts. You can also make a donation in honor of someone who had or has diabetes.
100% of every dollar you raise stays in Northeast Ohio so that those affected by diabetes receive the support they need to live well with the disease.
