Sean Carlo photo

Sean Carlo was diagnosed with juvenile arthritis when he was four. Today Sean is an active 10 year old who loves playing lacrosse, football, and basketball - he definitely does not let his arthritis get in the way of his love of sports! He also is known to be a huge movie fanatic! His favorite types of movies are action movies, comedies, and superhero movies. Sean has two brothers and 5 pets including two chinchillas and three dogs. Sean is a very kind young man with a great sense of humor - he truly enjoys spending time with his family & friends! Even when enduring weekly injections of medication for his JA he doesn't let it get him down. This will be the fourth year that "Team Carlo" will be participating in the Jingle Bell Run/Walk for Arthritis on Long Island. Sean and his family love to fundraise and Sean has a great group of friends who always play a big role in that - last year Team Carlo raised approximately $12,000. Sean is very excited to be this year's Youth Honoree!
