STEP UP AND SHOW YOUR SUPPORT!

The 2013 Down Syndrome of Louisville‘s 2013 WALK/RUN is debuting a new logo to reflect the daily steps our members take on their path for independence in their lives.

The three columns symbolize the three chromosomes our members possess.
The individual blocks are the various and layered steps to achievement and recognizing small steps are progress too!
The symbol of the person in motion reflects the achieving spirit our members demonstrate in their personal quest for independence.
The small block our individual is climbing is the first step on their path for success as Lifelong Learners.

Down Syndrome of Louisville along with the support of the Kentuckiana community continues to take steps to grow programs and services to our members in Kentucky and Southern Indiana.
The Lifelong Long Learning Centers located in Louisville and Clarksville provide innovative and research based education and development for all ages of individual with Down syndrome.

Help Us Move Forward
Our community will celebrate the lives of individuals with Down syndrome and their accomplishments at the annual Down Syndrome of Louisville Walk/Run. These children and adults are taking steps to a fulfilling life! Down Syndrome of Louisville continues to take steps to provide nationally recognized programming serving individuals in Kentucky and Indiana.

Infants moving on from hospital to home
Toddlers moving toward those first steps
Children moving with joy at dance class
Students moving toward progress in the classroom
Teens moving toward maturity and responsibility
Adults moving toward jobs and independence
