The Arthritis Foundation La Vernia Wild West Hammerfest Bicycle Tour is a scenic bike ride featuring wildflowers along the countryside starting and ending in La Vernia, TX. The tour is a fully-supported ride with rest stops and SAGS. Choose from several routes including a kids’ ride at the school. Routes are 34, 53 and 65 miles and conclude with a celebration in La Vernia.

OUR MISSION
The Tour supports the Arthritis Foundation by raising vital funds that enable the Foundation to improve lives through leadership in the prevention, control, and cure of arthritis and related diseases. The funds raised also support community-based services for adults, parents and children to make living with the pain of arthritis easier.
Each rider is required to meet the fundraising minimum goal of $25. Event staff will provide you with the tools and training you need to reach this goal to help one out of five adults and 300,000 children in the U.S. that suffer from this leading cause of disability.
