All funds raised at this event will go to Children’s Hospital Foundation to support Children’s Hospital’s efforts to keep our youngest friends happy and healthy. Corporate and community teams race in authentic 46-foot Hong Kong style boats for the most fun, unique cultural event featuring adrenaline-pumping action. They race about the excitement, friendly competition and community spirit surrounding the sport. Participants 15 years or older, with all skill levels and physiques perfect their stroke and timing for the ultimate teamwork experience.
Thanks to the fundraising paddlers and teams, the real winners of this event are children who get the care they need thanks to Children's Hospital at Erlanger. To better serve more than 36,000 children who will come to Children's Hospital this year, each team is encouraged to set a fundraising goal of $3,600 or $172 a team member- a dime for every child served at the hospital.
