Once you have added the Facebook Badge to your Facebook account, you can use it to spread the word about run for her®, get your friends to join you and keep them updated on your fundraising goal.

You may also use the application to share your personal stories with others participating in the run for her® event.

  2. Will messages about run for her® fundraising appear in the Facebook News Feed? Go Top

Messages will appear in the news stream whenever there is a change in your fundraising progress, provided that you gave the application permission to publish articles to the news stream when you installed the application. 9. Why am I seeing messages on my Facebook profile about receiving a donation when I see no updates to my run for her® fundraising account Go Top

  10. Have you recently changed your fundraising goal? Anytime there is a change between the amount of your fundraising goal and the amount of your fundraising balance, a notification is triggered.

  11. Can I fundraise using Facebook's "Causes" application? Go Top

  12. If you setup a Causes application on Facebook to fundraise, you can accept donations, but when those donations come to run for her® they will not be associated with a particular participant?s fundraising account, and we cannot give you credit for that donation. Donations received through the Causes application are not immediately provided to run for her®. The funds are distributed on a monthly basis by the Causes application developer, Network for Good. There are transaction charges the Network for Good subtracts and we do not receive the full gift amount. We recommend that you fundraise through Facebook using our Boundless Fundraising? application. To install this application, access your account page. There, you can click on the "Fundraise with Facebook" link.

  13. How do I make my run for her® fundraising progress indicator appear on my profile? Go Top

  14. On October 13, 2010, Facebook removed the ability for users to add this to their profile. Your fundraising progress indicator will appear on the application page, but it will only be visible to you, not your Facebook friends.
