What are the fees to participate in Beyond the Bike Studio?

Facility
There is no fee to register your club/facility as a team. When asked to enter discount code, simply enter the word "instructor" to have the $25 fee waived.


Participant

There is a $25 non-refundable registration fee to participate in Beyond the Bike Studio.  Although there is no minimum fundraising requirement, we do suggest a minimum $100 fundraising GOAL per cyclist.


Virtual Rider

There is a $10 non-refundable registration fee and we ask that you commit to raising a minimum of $50.

 When/where is Beyond the Bike Studio being held?

The facility challenges are being held on Sunday, September 11, 2011 throughout the United States. Check with your local studio to find out what time they will be holding the challenge.

What if I can't find my local studio on the list of Teams?

To find a studio participating in the challenge, search the teams to find a club/facility near you. If your facility does not have a team, please suggest to them that they register and or contact us so that we may encourage them to participate.


Do you have any tips for fundraising?

Yes!  Check out fundraising tips on the homepage.  Use the online tools - including a personal web page, emails, and social networking tips - to collect donations.  We've tried to make it as easy as possible for you. Once you register, a fundraising page will be automatically generated.  We even provide sample fundraising letters that you can send directly from the website.  To access them, choose email friends, scroll through the drop down menu titled Templates then choose from the sample letters we've provided or write your own. We have also included a video that may help to recruit other cyclists and encourage donations.

 
What is My HQ (Headquarters)?

Under "My HQ" on the left-hand navigation bar you can log on to your headquarters page. On this page you can make changes to any data that you entered when you registered, for instance goal, profile, login/password, team, etc. This is the page that you use for sending emails out to friends and sponsors. It is also the page where you check your donation report.


What should I do with checks that I collect?

1. Go to MY HQ
2. On navigation bar on the Right, choose Enter Offline Donations
3. Click on Enter Pledge
4. Fill in Donation Entry Form and choose Submit
5. In memo portion of the check, please put your TEAM name and YOUR name
6. Mail checks to:  Beyond the Bike STUDIO P.O. Box 457 Needham, MA 02494
7. Once we receive the checks, we will clear them on the website site and you will "get credit" for them. That money will then show up on  your money raised to date total.
