30 Miles: For riders of all levels. Ride the FDR, Harlem River Drive and the West Side Highway---TRAFFIC FREE! This route is mostly smooth and does not have any steep hills.
60 Miles: For cyclists seeking a more challenging ride. Includes the 30 mile route plus a free ride through the Lincoln Tunnel,* the Palisades Interstate Park and the breathtaking George Washington Bridge. The additional 30 miles will be on roads open to traffic and has many steep hills. NOTE: The 60-mile route is actually 66 miles. (*Riders going through the Lincoln Tunnel must be at the Tunnel entrance by 11:00 a.m. in order to be allowed to ride through the Tunnel.)
100 Miles: An extremely challenging route intended for only well-conditioned cyclists. The route extends from the 60-mile route into Congers, NY where there is a rest stop**, then heads back into New York over the George Washington Bridge. The route has steep hills and roads with traffic. (**100 milers must leave Rest Stop #3 (Alpine-Kiku) by 12:00 p.m. (noon), Rest Stop #4 (Congers) by 2:00 p.m. and Rest Stop #5 (Alpine-Kiku/2nd pass) by 4:00 p.m.)
NOTE: All riders must finish by 6:00 p.m.
