Team Strategy
Proven strategy for optimal success
5 team members will form a circle head to head on the ground (counter will be in the center)
Only 1 person at a time will do push ups
Keep the repetitions to single digits (+/-5)
Stretch between sets (triceps, chest, and shoulders)
Rotate in the 6th person to relieve a team member (the person rotating out will stand up)
