Anthony, 15, I wish to take flying lessons

Meet wish kid Anthony, 15, who wished to take flying lessons to assist him in his pursuit of one day becoming a pilot. Anthony experienced an incredible wish journey that included flying lessons and a private tour of the Gerald R. Ford International Airport. Chase, 5, I wish to be a firefighter
On Chase’s wish day, hundreds of people came out to cheer for him. Chase is a superhero who has battled his illness with great bravery and courage, yet thoughts of his illness were far away as he answered the call to serve others and became a firefighter for the day. Everyday heroes like North Muskegon Fire Chief Steve Lague played a key role in helping to grant this very inspiring wish while engaging a wonderful community of support. Chase’s wish day was just the beginning of a special friendship between Chase and Chief Steve. "Having a happy day and making that wish come true... it was unbelievable," Chief Steve said. "This was the pinnacle of my career."

Scott, 18, I wish to have tuition assistance
Wish Kid Scott, 18, of Big Rapids, who has Burkitt lymphoma, was granted his wish to receive tuition assistance during Wish Ball 2015. Since he was a toddler, Scott has wanted to be a sportscaster. He is an avid sports fan. He plays soccer and also works as a soccer referee, which has enabled him to save money toward college. Scott wished to have tuition assistance for his wish because he has a goal of graduating from college debt free and sees this wish as a great start, providing him hope for his future. At Wish Ball, Scott had the opportunity to meet and interview Olympic gold medalists Meryl White and Charlie Davis on stage.
