We suggest the week of March Madness (March 14-18, 2016) or an alternate date or length of involvement that works best for your group. Pick length of involvement. Participating organizations will receive a Jeans for Wishes Starter Kit which includes a Make-A-Wish banner, promotional materials and stickers. Is there a minimum donation to participate?We appreciate any donation amount that your organization is able to raise for us. A great way to double your donation is to also check to see if your company has a matching gifts program!Return to Top How do I sign up?If you are the designated team captain for your organization, please select the Register My Organization's Jeans for Wishes Campaign link on the left-hand side and follow the instructions to register your organization. If your organization has already been registered and you would like to sign up as a member of your organization to make a donation, select the Join My Organization's Jeans for Wishes Campaign link.Return to Top What happens after I register my organization?As the team captain of your organization, you will receive a Jeans for Wishes Starter Kit which includes a welcome letter, a Make-A-Wish banner, promotional materials and stickers.Return to Top What if my organization would like to support Make-A-Wish Illinois but our employees are already allowed to wear jeans to work?Even if your organization already allows its employees to wear jeans to work, you can still be part of the state-wide campaign. Feel free to tailor this campaign in a way that makes sense for your organization and inspires your employees. The Federal Employer Tax ID number for Make-A-Wish Illinois is 36-3422138. In order for individuals to receive a receipt from Make-A-Wish Illinois for tax purposes, they should make their donation online and provide an email address in the space provided. In order to efficiently administer the Jeans for Wishes campaign and keep our administrative costs to a minimum, cash donations collected by the Jeans for Wishes Team Captains and turned into one single check/money order will not be acknowledged with a personal letter.
