It’s time to plan for our 25th Annual Duck-A-Thon™ on May 20th & 21st and we sincerely hope you will take part in this fun weekend! Our vendors are very important to us!!

                                                             

As a vendor this is a great opportunity to promote your product you can be seen by and sell to nearly thousands of diverse consumers who are armed with buying power!      


The Duck-A-Thon™ is a fundraiser benefiting AltaMed's Huntington Beach Community Clinic and is organized by a large group of enthusiastic volunteers. The event is a wild race of thousands of little rubber ducks that are dumped, ceremoniously, into the ocean from the Huntington Beach pier and are swept onto the beach by the surf. The owners of the first 60 ducks to make it to shore win wonderful prizes. This event brings thousands of people to our pier area and to the festival to browse, shop, and enjoy our beautiful beach community.

As always, our Vendor Festival will be held at Pier Plaza on Pacific Coast Highway between Main Street & 6th Street in Huntington Beach.
We have overnight security on Saturday, so it won't be necessary to break down your booth.

How to register online:
1. Read the terms and conditions. By purchasing booth space through this website, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions.

2. Buy your space(s).
Applications cannot be processed unless all required fields are completed. Any special requests should be noted in the "place comments here" box on the final payment form (located in the "Additional Information" section).

Fees for both days for small companies:

Booth space is available on a first come, first served basis and spaces are limited.
Please note:
Terms and Conditions
contains a link to Seller’s Permits for Temporary and Specific Events. All for-profit vendors selling a tangible product are required to obtain this permit from the State Board of Equalization, at no cost to you. A copy needs to be forwarded to us prior to event.

You will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours, once your application has been accepted. If you have made an "Instant Payment" via credit card or bank account transfer, you will receive your confirmation within 7 business days. Please contact us at vendors@duckathon.org if you have not received your confirmation within this time period. Space numbers will be provided when you check in on May 14th.
