Getting In Shape

 

Preparation for any athletic event is a critical component for success and overall enjoyment in the activity.  We would like to suggest a few basic exercises to kick off your program. While a more specific strength and conditioning program could be designed by a health professional to address your personal needs, this should be a good starting point. Please do not attempt these activities if you have any medical conditions that preclude you from doing so or if any of these movements elicit painful symptoms. If you have questions about the appropriateness of any exercises for your specific goals, contact a health care professional for evaluation. We look forward to seeing you at the Gaylord Gauntlet! Happy training!
