Event Schedule:

Check-In/Registration/Packet Pick-up 7:00 a.m.
Opening Ceremonies 8:30 a.m.
Official Start of Run 9:00 a.m.
Closing Ceremonies 10:00 a.m.
Expo, Health Zone, and Kids Zone 7:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
  • Coffee, bagels, water, and fresh fruit will be available in the Expo area. Water stations will also be available along the route.
  • Goodie Bags will be available before and after the race. You must have your bib with you to receive your Goodie Bag.
  • Restrooms are located in Pan Pacific Park and near the turnaround at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

All proceeds from Run for Her® support the Cedars-Sinai Women’s Cancer Program at the Samuel Oschin Comprehensive Cancer Institute.

Early Registration (Through Oct. 24) $35
Late Registration (Oct. 25 – Nov. 9) $40

Online registration will close at 5 p.m. on Saturday, November 8. You may also register in person on event day.


Run for Her 2014 Course Map

The USATF-certified 5K course begins at Pan Pacific Park, heads west on 3rd Street to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, and loops back to Pan Pacific Park and the Finish Line Festival.

Run for Her 2014 Parking

Limited free parking will be available at the CBS lot and at The Grove lot. Carpool with friends and arrive early! Follow the parking signs along Beverly Blvd. and Fairfax Ave.

Free Bike Valet: Ride your bike to the event and receive complimentary valet service.

Packet Pick-up

Beat the lines on event day and join us at Packet Pick-up! You will also have the chance to receive special goodies and giveaways!

  • Athleta at The Grove will be hosting a raffle for a gym tote filled with daily essentials along with a gift with purchase

As a Team Captain, you may pick up materials for team members at Packet Pick-up, but duplicate/replacement materials will not be issued to your team members on event day. If you are picking up for more than 10 people on your team please email us at to have items pre-packaged for you.

Packets will be available at the Pre-Registration Tent on event day for registered participants who do not retrieve them in advance.

You can save time at Packet Pick-up or on event day by looking up your runner/walker bib number before you pick up your Run for Her materials. Click the link below to get your bib number and bring it with you when you pick up your Run for Her materials either at Packet Pick-up or on event day. Volunteer Opportunities

Interested in volunteering? Volunteers are needed for event operations at Pan Pacific Park on Sunday, Nov. 9. Shifts are available between the hours of 6 a.m. and Noon. Volunteers are also needed for pre-event activities (Packet Pick-up, Sleepwalker mailing, etc.). You may sign up online or by filling out our Volunteer Application form.
