To help get in shape for the event, training walks and runs will be held during the six weeks leading up to race day. These exercise sessions will help to build confidence and improve fitness levels, In addition to the health benefits, they provide motivation, support and a fun way to meet some of the other participants in this year's event. This is also a great way to build camraderies among your team! The group will meet on each Tuesday leading up to the event in order to practice. One meeting will take place on the event course. Participants will be assisted in achieving their time and distance goals for the 5K or 10K course.
