I am not a registered participant, how do I make a gift?

  • Credit Cards: Please click here to use our secure online website to make a gift
  • Checks: Make checks payable to Children's Hospital Los Angeles. If the gift is intended to sponsor a fundraiser, please enter "Fundraise - participant name" in the MEMO line so we can ensure it is designated accurately. Checks can be mailed to:

  • Gifts of securities: Securities or wire transfers may be transacted through our Donor Services. Please contact Blanca Martinez at 323-361-1792 or

I am a registered participant. How do I send in donations checks and have them credited to my personal fundraising efforts?

  1. Log your checks into your fundraising page by entering your HQ and clicking on Enter Offline Donations (Please keep copies of checks for your records.)
  2. Fill out a donation form
  3. Write your name on the MEMO line of each check
  4. Send checks, along with a donation pledge form to: 
         Children's Hospital Los Angeles
         Ambassadors- Fundraise 
         4650 Sunset Blvd., #29
         Los Angeles, CA 90027

To submit check donations via FedEx or UPS please send an email to make arrangements. If you receive cash, please keep the cash and submit a check for the same amount. Once Children's Hospital has received the checks, we will add the donations to your fundraising page within 7 business days of receipt.

Do you accept Corporate Matching Gifts?

Yes! To find out if your employer matches employee gifts, please contact your personnel or human resources office. Many companies will match employee contributions, in some cases doubling or even tripling them!

  • Obtain matching gift forms from your personnel office.
  • Complete the matching gift form (or complete your employer's online web form).
  • Follow your company's policy for submitting the form.

Why isn't my money on my fundraising page?

If it has been 7 business days since you mailed your checks and you still do not see the funds credited to your fundraising totals, please contact the Ambassadors at 323-361-1700. For verification we will need the fundraiser's full name, check number and amount.

How do I format my photo correctly to upload?

We suggest you size your photo to 72 dpi in a jpg or gif file format.

There is something wrong with my fundraising page. How do I fix it?
