If your special Valentine is also a person with diabetes you might be wondering if you can do something a bit healthier this year. Mr. Diabetes® Home Fitness Program Coming to You!
Our office has been buzzing lately as our conference room has been turned into a video set. We’ve been busy filming a soon-to-be-released video series. Every week, join our host Alivia McDaniel, along with a few special guests, as she leads us through The Mr. Diabetes® Home Fitness Program. In each short video, Alivia will teach us a new stretch or exercise to get us all moving a little more.
So, we’ll be sending a new link every week. We hope you’ll share this fun new program with your friends, co-workers, and loved ones that have (or are at risk of) diabetes.
Be sure to check your mailbox on February 4th to tune in to the first installment.
