In addition, individuals nationwide are invited to join a Walk Now For Autism Speaks event in their local community, or "Walk With Geoffrey" online and personally fundraise for Autism Speaks. Major League Baseball Announces League-Wide Autism Awareness Effort

Major League Baseball is teaming up with Autism Speaks in a league-wide effort to recognize Autism Awareness Month. All 30 MLB Clubs will raise awareness for the disorder during one home game in April, or on another date during the regular season. Learn more.

Heart of Autism

Heart of Autism: Giving Back Through Storytelling tells the story of Robin Borakove, an entertainer, children's book author and storyteller with Asperger Syndrome. She tells inspiring and motivational stories to children dressed in character, and donates the proceeds from her children's book sales to families of individuals with autism.
