Employment Non-Discrimination Act - Contact Your Representative!

The House Education and Labor Committee has approved a version of ENDA that does not include gender identity. The lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community has worked very hard to add transgender protections to this legislation. Rep. Tammy Baldwin (D-Wis.) has proposed an amendment that will add gender identity protections back into ENDA. It is critical that our representatives hear from each of us, right now, urging them to vote “yes” on the Baldwin amendment to ENDA.
