Help protect critically endangered Western Gray Whales from oil drilling companies

Please urge oil and gas giant Rosneft to postpone seismic surveys set to start this month in shallow waters off Russia’s Far East coast - the summer feeding area for critically endangered Western North Pacific Gray Whales. Designed to detect oil and gas deposits under the ocean’s floor, the survey involves emitting deafening sound waves. Such disruptions pose a serious threat to this near-extinct species, which includes only two dozen or so breeding females.
